The Speech-Language Pathologists at Speechworks provide a wide variety of services related to difficulties in communication or swallowing. Some of our specific treatment options include:
Individual therapy is provided to those requiring specialized, focused attention. Often when someone is new to the service, individual therapy is recommended so both therapist and client learn the best approach for remediation and treatment. Also, as we learn about you we are better able to refer you to other specialists who compliment our service and who we trust. Therapy is provided at the Speechworks offices or in the comfort of your home.
Speechworks is able to serve you anywhere in Manitoba where there is Mb Telehealth If you are unable to leave your home, Speechworks staff will show you how to use Skype so you can receive therapy in familiar surroundings. We will help you understand the benefits of receiving therapy at home and will protect your privacy.
